i really like how san diego bars think they're worth enough of a damn to get raided by the police. seriously i don't know what kind of crack the barteners tonight were smoking to card 40 year old people and then to stalk me "to see verification in my legal papers" of what age i am. first time this bullshit has happened. fuck bars. |

Well too much is being decided right now. I have officially decided to skip out San Francisco. My hopes of going back to Montreal didn't really fall through either. On the other hand, I'm registering in the San Diego City college tag program so hopfully I can get into UCSD or something, and it turns out this Spring I can go to Florence, Italy for a semester to study. So all the money I could have wasted on SF can be spent on studying abroad and even a car now. I guess I gots to get a job now... |

It's really weird to be home.
Now I have names such as Halifax, Regina, Winnipeg, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan, Le Plateau, Divan Orange, and Guido and Mary stuck in my head. Blah blah blah I think I might have to own a coat and snow boots soon. We'll see, so many last minute things are taking place, I'm not sure what coast I'll be on come September. |

So i'm starting to feel a bit more comfortable being here and i seriously never want to leave. I'm seriously considering not going to san francisco and just staying here. I mean it has just as much if not more going on and the nice parts of town aren't overpriced and i don't think stabbings and muggings are a usual occurance. |

so i went to quebec city yesterday and saw gogol bordello. after a 3 hour bus ride and 1 hour of having to wait through fishbone to finish, they came on and i think the old violin player had a thing for me for a bit, hah. anyways, we missed the last bus to montreal so we just drank more, begged the man at the bus station to tell us what to do, so he gave us a bus route and we took two buses, had to waitin some town i never heard of for an hour and a half. finally we arrived in montreal at 6 after attempting to sleep and arrived at my dorm at 7. i think i broke my foot too, it was worth it though. now i have to go to school after not sleeping a goddamned bit. |
